What kind of products does Weldaad offer?

We mainly offer home accessories, with a strong focus on glassware (vases, carafes, and glasses), brass ornaments, lighting, candleholders, tealight holders, mirrors, and textiles such as cushions and throws. Occasionally we offer complementary or seasonal items.

Are Weldaad products handmade?

Most of our products are handmade or hand-finished. Small differences in shape or colour are part of their character.

Do you use recycled or eco-friendly materials?

Yes. Many of our glass products are made from recycled glass. We also prioritize natural fibers, reclaimed wood, and low-impact finishes and gloss across our collections.

Where is Weldaad located?

Our store is located in the heart of Amsterdam, at Noordermarkt, right in the charming Jordaan district. It's a lively and historic area that’s always worth a visit. We're open every day from 10:00 to 18:00, except on Sundays. Feel free to stop by and find some unique items that aren’t always available online!

What if I received a defective product?

Please take a moment to inspect your order once it arrives. Please notify us if you detect any defects, damage, or if you received the incorrect item. Your pleasure is extremely important to us, and we will gladly find the best possible solution for you.

What if I want to return my order?

Not completely happy with your purchase? That happens. You have 30 days to return your item. Just drop us a note at noordermarkt@weldaad.com — we’ll be happy to help you along.

What kind of warranty does weldaad offer?

You’re welcome to return any product you’ve purchased from Weldaad—within 30 days of receiving it. You can even return it after you've used it!
Just make sure to send it back in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived. We’ll take care of the rest.
